    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board on a motion for summary
    judgment filed August 10,
    1993 by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency.
    No reply was filed by Industrial Salvage Inc.
    and John Prior
    (John Prior).
    However, hearing on the proceeding
    was held on August 25 and 26,
    1993’.
    The issues raised in the motion will be taken with the
    decision on the case.
    Briefing shall proceed in accordance with
    the schedule set out by the hearing officer.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.

    since the Board meeting following filing of the motion took place
