    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 17, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner submitted supplemental
    application materials to respondent earlier this month. When respondent has an
    opportunity to review the information, petitioner will schedule a meeting with
    respondent’s CAAPP permit staff.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
