HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties
had met, and petitioner was compiling additional information for respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
