    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On
    March 29,
    1993,
    the Board received,
    from the respondent,
    a motion for extension of time to file a response to a motion for
    reconsideration.
    Respondent’s motion stated that both attorneys
    for respondent had been out of the State and therefore additional
    time was necessary to prepare the response.
    The motion asked
    that the Board grant until April
    12,
    1993
    (an additional
    21 days
    from receipt)
    for the respondent to file its response.
    However,
    on April
    7,
    1993, the Board received the response to the motion
    to reconsider.
    On March 31,
    1993, the Board received an objection to the
    motion for extension of time filed by the petitioner.
    Petitioner
    states that it would be unduly prejudiced by a 21 day extension,
    because it would prolong the time before which the Board could
    rule on the motion.
    The petitioner,
    however, has no objection to
    a 14 day extension.
    The Board notes that the motion and objection were received
    after the Board’s March 25 meeting and therefore could not have
    been ruled on at that time.
    Further, today’s meeting
    (April
    8,
    1993)
    is the next scheduled meeting of the Board.
    Therefore, the
    Board finds that an extension of time will not prolong the
    Board’s ruling on the motion for reconsideration since the next
    scheduled meeting
    is April
    22,
    1993.
    As the Board has received
    the response, the Board grants the motion for extension of time
    until April
    7,
    1993.
    The Board will reserve ruling on the motion
    to reconsider at this time.
