HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 30, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that this matter is resolved. The respondent represented
that it is close to fulfilling the last of the terms in the parties’ settlement agreement. The
petitioners represented that they are optimistic that they will file their respective motions to
voluntarily dismiss prior to the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on July 13, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to voluntarily dismiss are filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
