    with the hearing officer. Respondent Harrison is still recovering from health problems,
    and needs additional time to review the settlement proposal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2006. The call shall be initiated by the
    complainant..
