In its amended petition, Woodstock states that it has

had some difficulty in obtaining information required by

The Board is constrained to remind

Petitioner

that all of the discovery procedures provided in

Part III of the Board’s Procedural Rules are available

to it

cessary to comp1~with Train,

supra.

It is the Order of the Board that this matter be set

for hearing.
