    On August 15,
    1989,
    Public ~ct 86—245 became effective which
    replaces the Board with the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (“Agency”)
    as
    the concurring agency for the Illinois
    Department
    of Transportation, Division
    of Water Resources
    (“IDOT”) permits
    for work
    in Lake Michigan.
    Due
    to this change,
    and as indicated by
    a September
    14, 1989
    letter from IDOT to the Board which
    is now part of the record
    in
    this proceeding,
    IDOT permits will no longer
    be sent to the Board
    for concurrence.
    Therefore,
    it
    is no longer necessary to keep
    this docket open pending
    receipt of the permit and review by the
    Board.
    The Clerk
    is hereby directed
    to close
    this docket.
