HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The lead counsel for respondent City of Morris was unavailable due
to a family emergency. The status conference was continued to the date and time noted
below. The parties are directed to ascertain whether their respective witnesses will be
available for hearing dates September 11, 2006 through September 29, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 22, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. Please note the
time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference,
the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
readiness for hearing.
