    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 21, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The petitioner’s attorney represented that it has been discussing the revised
    petition with its client and consultants and will forward the petition to the respondent for its
    review within the next 14 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on May 25, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
    but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
    parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
    for hearing.
