HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Hearing dates were discussed and it was agreed that a hearing will be
scheduled for October 24 through October 27, 2006. The time and location of the
hearing will be noted in the notice of hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 26, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. Please note the
time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference,
the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
readiness for hearing.
