    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 24, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Last week, petitioner again submitted the final request for the reimbursement
    amount to which the parties agreed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 27, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
