    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    A telephonic status conference was scheduled for August 18, 2005. Neither party
    appeared.
     
    Due to the antiquated posture of this matter, the petitioner is directed at the next status
    conference to inform the hearing officer whether it will proceed with this appeal or file a motion
    to voluntarily dismiss. Either way, the hearing officer expects that this matter proceed in an
    expedited manner.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on September 8, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
