HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are engaged in settlement discussions, and respondent will soon file
a response to the People’s motion to strike affirmative defenses.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
