HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement. Since respondent has
filed revised affirmative defenses, the parties agree that a Board ruling on complainant’s
motion to strike the original affirmative defenses is not needed. Accordingly,
complainant agreed to file a motion to withdraw the motion to strike the original
affirmative defenses.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 9, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the People.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
