HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send a settlement offer to respondents’ attorney, and he will
discuss the offer with respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 24, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
