by the Board of certain exhibits contained in the record compiled
    by the
    St.
    Clair
County Board and submitted to the Board in the

    of
    this appeal.
    Without
    further specification,
    Laidlaw
requests release of all “large” exhibits,
    i.e. those larger than 8
    1/2” x 14”.
In support of its request, Laidlaw asserts that it may
wish to use these exhibits, prepared at its own expense, at other
    sites
    or expansions
    elsewhere
    in the
    United
    States
    of
    Canada.
Laidlaw notes that the time for appeal of the Board’s final order
in this matter has run, and that the one appeal which was filed has
    been voluntarily dismissed.
