    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 23, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents report that the site has been cleaned up. Complainant’s attorney
    will determine from its investigator if any further action is needed. If not, the parties will begin
    discussing a penalty amount.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 16, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
