    Opinion of the Board
    (by Mr. Currie):
    Gregory—Anderson petitions the Board to set aside
    the Agency’s denial of a permit to conduct a landfill oper-
    atIon in Winnebago County.
    The petitIon wholly fails to
    contain the information required by our rules in order to
    inform the Board and the Agency as to the reasons for the
    petition and the issues that will be presented.
    Procedural Rule 502 of this Board’s rules, a copy of which
    will be sent to the petitioner, requires the applicant to cite
    the standards under which a permit ~s sought; describe the
    facility for which a permit is sought and any contaminant
    emissions that may result from its operation, as well as
    methods proposed for their control; and spell out whatever
    facts are needed to show that the proposed facility will
    conform to the regulations.
    None of these items was included
    in the present petition.
    Accordingly the petition is dismissed witHout prejudice
    to the fIling of a new petition that conforms with the rules.
    This opinion constItutes the Board’s findings of fact,
    conclusions of law, and order.
