HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On April 5, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties hope to schedule a meeting within the next 30 days to discuss the

best way to resolve this case.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 14, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the

above-captioned matter.

 

The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
