    This matter is before the Board on the June 19, 1991 Motion
    for Extension of Time, filed by Big River Zinc Corp.,
    requesting
    an additional seven days to file comments.
    Big River Zinc
    represents that it has discussed this motion with the Agency, and
    the Agency expressed no objection to the Board granting the
    motion.
    The Board hereby grants Big River Zinc a seven day extension
    of time to file its comments, until June 27,
    1991.
    The Board
    hereby grants the Agency until July
    5,
    1991 to file any response.
