    ORDER

    Respondent, the Environmental Protection Agency, has
    filed objection to variance petition and motion for extension
    of time to file recommendation.
    Since objection was timely
    filed we will order that this matter be scheduled for public
    hearing. We will allow an additional
    21 days for the filing of
    a recommendation by the Agency which will allow the Agency a
    total of 42 days from the date the variance petition was filed.
    It is ordered that this matter be scheduled for public
    hearing and that the Agency file its recommendation within 42
    days following the date the variance was filed.
