    the parties to this proceeding
    filed
    a joint motion
    to modify the Board~sJuly

    1984 Order,
    The
    July 19 Order
    required a
    hearing to be
    scheduled within
    30 days
    and held within
    60 days or this matter would be subject
    to
    dismissal.
    The August
    13 joint motion urges the Board
    to
    require the
    parties to file status reports
    in the
    immediate future,
    in lieu of
    holding a hearing.
    This case
    was filed
    in 1979.
    It is now 1984 and
    hearing has
    still not been
    held.
    The parties have not provided any
    factual
    or legal
    impediments to Board action on this matter.
    The motion
    is granted to the extent that the Board
    will
    modify the
    time for scheduling and holding the hearing;
    the
    motion is
    denied to the extent it requests filing status
    reports
    in the immediate
    future,
    in lieu of hearing.
    Unless
    a hearing in this matter is scheduled within
    30 days
    and held within
    60 days from the date of this Order, this
    matter
    will be subject
    to dismissal.
