    The Board adopted a Final Opinion and Order
    in this matter
    on September
    13,
    1989,
    and modified the Final Order on October
    18,
    1989.
    The Administrative Code Unit noted a number of minor
    errors
    in the text,
    which were corrected prior
    to filing.
    Many
    of these errors were
    in the “base text”,
    the text of
    rules prior
    to the modifications
    in this Docket.
    Many of these occurred
    in
    language which is being repealed anyway,
    so they have no effect
    on the final
    rules as adopted.
    In both cases
    the changes have
    been made
    as
    a ministerial action without specification
    in this
    Order.
