Protection Agency published a revision notice

to 40 CFR Part 60

 Standards of Performance
 for New Stationary
Sources

 Phosphate Fertilizer Industry:
 Subpart T

 Wet
Process Phosphoric Acid Plants;
 Subpart U
 ——
 Superphosphoric
Acid Plants;
 Subpart V
——
 Diammonium
 Phosphate
 Plants;
Subpart W

 Triple Superphosphato Plants.
These revisions limit the applicability of standards to
plants with a capacity of more than 15 tons
 of equivalent
phosphorus pentoxide
 (P~,O~)feed per day.
 The effect of these
revisions is
 to exempt rr~mthe standard small plants used for
research and development of production processes.
Pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act,
 the Board hereby adopts the above-noted
revisions to Rules

 921. of Part IX:
