    On February 17,
    1983 the United States
    Environmental
    Protection Agency published a revision notice
    (48 Fed.
    Reg.
    7128)
    to 40 CFR Part 60
    ——
    Standards of Performance
    for New Stationary
    Sources
    Phosphate Fertilizer Industry:
    Subpart T
    ——
    Wet
    Process Phosphoric Acid Plants;
    Subpart U
    ——
    Superphosphoric
    Acid Plants;
    Subpart V
    ——
    Diammonium
    Phosphate
    Plants;
    Subpart W
    -—
    Triple Superphosphato Plants.
    These revisions limit the applicability of standards to
    plants with a capacity of more than 15 tons
    of equivalent
    phosphorus pentoxide
    (P~,O~)feed per day.
    The effect of these
    revisions is
    to exempt rr~mthe standard small plants used for
    research and development of production processes.
    Pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Act,
    the Board hereby adopts the above-noted
    revisions to Rules

    919,
    920 and
    921. of Part IX:
    New Sourc~
    Performance Standards of Chapter
    2:
    Air
    Pollution.
