HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The petitioner represented
that the parties appear to be in agreement with a resolution in this matter and that its consultant is
still in the process of completing and resubmitting reimbursement documents to the respondent
in the near future. The petitioner also represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory
decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on November 2, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
