Consolidated.
The issue in this permit denial appeal involves
U.S.
Steel’s
blast furnace at its South Works.
Since resolution of the above
cases involved a plant—wide compliance plan and the Board has
received joint concurrence with
its December
2,
1982 Opinion and
Order in the consolidated case, this matter is moot.
The Joint
Stipulation to Dismiss filed January 12,
1983 is construed as
a Motion to Dismiss.
This matter is hereby dismissed.
