    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
     
    On May 10, 2006, the petitioner, OK Service Center, Ltd. (OK Service), filed a motion to
    voluntarily dismiss this Underground Storage Tank Fund appeal. OK Service states the parties
    have reached a settlement agreement. The Board grants the petitioner’s motion, dismisses this
    case, and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
