    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Although the parties had previously reach a tentative settlement agreement, they
    are now addressing new compliance issues.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
