(Agency) filed a “Joint Motion to

Dismiss Permit Appeal.”

Stepan and the Agency state that the

parties have reached an agreement on a modified permit which

addresses Stepan’s concerns.

The Board grants the joint motion

to dismiss the petition.

This matter is hereby dismissed and the

docket closed.
