    for Reconsideration of the Board’s Order denying Petitioner’s Motion
    for Consolidation
    of an enforcement case and
    a variance case.
    The Motion for
    Reconsideration is
    denied.
    The
    Board has
    found
    that, because
    these
    two types
    of cases require different types
    of proof and information,
    consolidation is
    inappropriate.
    The Board,
    of course,
    has no objection to both proceedings
    being held consecutively on the same day.
