    This matter
    is before the Board on a motion for extension of
    time to file the Agency Record,
    filed by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    on July 25,
    1995.
    In
    its motion,
    the Agency requests an extension until October 23,
    1995 to file its record
    in this matter.
    In support of its motion
    the Agency states that General Motors Corporation
    (GM Powertrain)
    has emissions testing scheduled for July 25,
    1995,
    which may
    resolve this matter.
    The Agency also notes that General Motors
    has filed an open waiver of the decision due date,
    and asserts
    that no prejudice will result from the requested extension.
    The motion for extension of time to file the Agency record
    is hereby granted.
    The record
    is now due on or before October
    23,
    1995.
