HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 13, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent was
going to urge the technical unit to send a letter proposing ways to resolve this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 24, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
