    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 6, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that petitioner’s resubmitted permit application will be
    approved by the Agency within the next month. Petitioner agreed to file an additional waiver of
    the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is currently May 19, 2005.
