    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has confirmed that the site is clean, and the parties
    expect to file a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement before the next status conference.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on June 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
