    FINAL ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    On May
    14, 1982 Chevy Chase reported that “the deadline as
    laid down by your Board
    Order
    of April
    15,
    1982
    will not be
    met...”.
    This has been further evidenced by another letter
    to the Board from Chevy Chase received May
    20,
    1982,
    and by a
    copy of
    a letter received by the Board May 26,
    1982 sent by
    Lake County to Chevy Chase.
    Chevy Chase is hereby ordered to
    immediately cease and desist from any further violations of
    the Act or the Board’s rules.
    The Board relinquishes the
    jurisdiction retained by its Order of February 19,
    1981.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
