    This matter comes before
    the Board on a joint motion
    to
    cancel
    a hearing date by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency and Dekalb—Pfizer Genetics.
    The parties have submitted
    a
    Revised Settlement Agreement which does not differ significantly
    from the previous settlement agreement upon which hearing has
    already been held. Therefore,
    the July 17, 1985,
    hearing
    is
    unnecessary and the joint motion is hereby granted.
