14, 1987,
Pearson Industries,
Inc. filed a permit
appeal challenging the Agency’s December
9, 1986 modification of
its June
9,
1986 closure plan.
The appeal was accompanied by a
motion for stay, since pursuant to that modification, certain
activities are required to be performed by April
7,
1987.
The
Agency has filed no response.
As this action involves hazardous waste issues,
the Board
has deferred action for
a month pending an Agency response.
The
Board requests the Agency to file
a response on or before
February 27
to enable the Board to dispose of this motion at its
March
5 meeting.
