    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by 3. Anderson):
    This docket was commenced by the filing
    of an enforcement
    action which had been settled by stipulation on November
    21,
    1984.
    In
    its Order
    of that date,
    the Board retained jurisdiction
    for three years.
    On November
    23, 1987 the Agency moved
    for leave
    to file an amended complaint
    in this matter.
    In response to the
    Board’s Order of December
    3 expressing
    some puzzlement over
    reactivation of this docket,
    on December 15 the Agency moved
    to
    withdraw its November
    23 motion.
    The motion
    is granted.
    The
    Board relinquishes jurisdiction
    in this matter and hereby closes
    this docket,
    to allow the Agency to seek enforcement of the 1984
    Order
    in the courts
    if it so chooses.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
