CONCURRING OPINION

Theodore Meyer):
I concur with the majority order denying Waste Manageynent’s
motion to reconsider because
I believe that Waste Management did
not present any new arguments or sufficient grounds for
reconsideration.
I also agree with the majorityts finding that
the Board took final action on Waste Management’s appeal within
the required time period.
I continue to believe, however,
that
the village of Bensenville’s decision should have been reversed
as against the manifest weight of the evidence.
For
these
reasons,
I concur.
