    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement that respondent’s
    attorney is finalizing with respondent’s management.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
