in response
to the Board’s Order
of
June 25,
1987,
requesting
information on Kewanee’s Ordinance
amendment.
Mrs.
Boswel.
has indicated that the ordinance
amendment is satisfactory such that she does not find
it
necessary to pursue this matter
further, thus she requests that
the proceeding
be dismissed.
The Board hereby grants the motions
to dismiss and directs
the Clerk
to close
the docket
in this
proceeding.
