    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On August 12, 2004, the complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant has left telephone messages for
    respondent, but the parties have not yet had an opportunity to discuss this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 14, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated
    by the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
