Petitioner’s statement requests an additional 45 days to report on

the status of settlement negotiations; Respondent requests 30 days.

Both state that negotiations are actively taking place.

The Board

grants the request for additional time and orders that all parties

file their report on the status of negotiations with the Clerk of

the Board to be received no later than October 9, 1990 at 4:30 p.m.
