to inform the Board of:

Specific identification of the particular provisions
of the Environmental Protection Act from which the
variance is sought;
2.
An estimate of the quantity and type of contaminants
discharged;
3.
A description of existing and proposed equipment for
the control of discharges;
4.
Description of bodies of water into which there is
a
discharge;
5.
A statement of the impact on the environment of the
discharge;
6.
A clear statement of the precise extent of the relief
sought.
Petitioner is hereby ordered to file with the Board an Amended
Petition for Variance within
30 days of this Order.
Failure to
file such 2\mended Petition shall result in dismissal of this case.
