    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (J. Anderson):
    This matter comes before the Board on an agreed motion for
    extension of time filed by Prairie Material Sales,
    Inc. on
    February 18,
    1992.
    Prairie Material Sales requests an additional
    14 days within which to file its response to the Attorney
    General’s January
    8, 1992 motion for summary judgment.
    By our
    Order of January 23,
    1992,
    we granted Prairie Material Sales a 30
    extension of time, until February 17,
    1992 to file its response
    (an official state holiday, effectively making the filing due on
    February 18,
    1992, ~
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.109).
    The Board hereby grants Prairie Material Sales
    a
    14-day
    extension of time to file its response to the Attorney General’s
    motion for summary judgement.
    Based on the nominal date of the
    prior extension, Prairie Material Sales shall file its response
    on or before March
    2,
    1992.
