The Environmental Protection Agency has moved that our

Order of March 29, 1973 entered in the above captioned proceed—

ing be modified by the deletion of all reference to United

Electric Coal Company as a consequence of certain infirmities

in the service of notice of hearing upon said company.

The motion to modify is granted, and our Order of March

accordingly modified,

in keeping with this Order

deletion

therefrom

of

all

reference

to

Company.
