    ORDER
    On August
    5,
    1971,
    an Order was entered by the Pollution Con-
    trol Board in the above—captioned matter, Mr. Currie dissenting,
    providing
    that the variance application filed herein be granted
    “subject
    to
    petitioner
    verifying,
    under
    oath,
    the allegations
    of
    the petition”.
    The
    variance
    would
    permit
    petitioner
    to
    connect
    its nursing home facility to sewer
    lines of
    the North Shore Sanitary
    District,notwithstanding the March
    31,
    1971 Order of the Board in
    the case entitled “League of Women Voters
    v.
    North Shore Sanitary
    District”.
    The August 5,
    1971 Order further provided that upon receipt
    of such verification a further Order would be entered.
    On August
    13,
    1971,
    affidavit pursuant to our August
    5,
    1971 Order was received.
    Accordingly,
    IT IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control Board
    that the variance application in the above—captioned matter be and
    the same is hereby granted.
    Mr. Currie dissents.
