Petition for variance from the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon
limitations of the Air Pollution Regulations has been filed by
Johns-Manville Perlite Corporation with respect to its Rockdale
plant.
The matter will be set for hearing on the petition for
variance and the recommendation of the Agency.
Within 15 days from the date hereof, petitioner shall file either
an amended petition for variance deleting the material on pages
3
and
4 of the petition which
it characterizes as “confidential infor-
mation”
or
will
file
an
appropriate
motion
to
have
such
material
desig-
nated
as
“Not Subject To Disclosure” pursuant to Rule 107 of
the
Procedural Rules of the Pollution Control Board.
